A message dated June 29, 2004, was received June 30 stating the                                     
Governor has signed the following bill and is transmitting the                                      
engrossed and enrolled copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for                               
permanent filing:                                                                                   
                                                                                                    
      SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 123(FIN)                                                  
      "An Act relating to the allocation of money appropriated to the                               
      Alaska Workforce Investment Board; and providing for an
